How do I request a custom match?
Photos or online references are not always reliable, so we will need a hard copy sample to custom match the colour. We will accept almost anything to match, we have even matched colours to throw pillows! Custom matches take 5-10 business days to be completed and there is a fee of $35.00 CAD.
Can you install my wallpaper and paint for me?
We do not install wallpaper or paint. However, we have a list of some very capable contractors that we suggest to you.
What information do I need to order wallpaper?
Once you have picked a design or pattern, we will need to know measurements of the space you would like to cover. We will do our best to estimate how much wallpaper you will need, but we cannot make guarantees since we are relying on information given to us to make the estimate.

If you do not know which specific pattern you would like to order, you can visit our showroom and browse our books. Our selection is organized by style (contemporary, modern, traditional, masculine, etc.) One of our wallpaper experts can suggest some books to look at if you need help.
Why can't I return my wallpaper past 30 days?
Most wallpaper suppliers have a 30 days return policy, if they accept returns at all.

​Measure twice, order once!
If you purchase all your wallpaper from one place at one time, usually all your rolls are from one batch, or dye lot. If you purchase at different times or locations, there is a good chance your rolls will be from different batches and when you install the wallpaper, the colour can slightly vary, making the wallpaper look mismatched. This is why it is a good idea to buy a few more rolls than needed to ensure your space is looks flawless. This is also why some suppliers won't accept returns - because the dye lots will be different.
